Copper River County Club banquet rooms are available for your special event, business occasion, or other private engagement. While our private country club members do have access to additional amenities, non-members are welcome to rent our hall and enjoy the beautiful, unique location.
While Copper River is a favorite wedding venue for the Central Valley, we're also a great location for corporate staff retreats, retirement parties, business luncheons, non-profit fundraisers and galas, planning meetings, and other business events.
We can accommodate from 30 to 300 guests and our catering includes options from light buffet lunches, hors d'ouevres, full service multiple-course meals, and a fully hosted or no-host bar option. Fully catered luncheons begin at $17.95 per person. Please inquire about event minimums.
Looking for something out of the ordinary? Our banquet rooms provide you with an incredible view of the golf course, our fountains, and the lake through our floor-to-ceiling windows. Our location, just north of Fresno, nestled between the river bluffs and foothills, gives your guests a "destination event" feel.
Worried about travel time for your guests? Nearly everywhere in Fresno or Clovis is under 20 minutes away, including downtown Fresno, and of course, traffic is never an issue. There's plenty of free parking for your guests too.
Interested in an outdoor meeting venue? We frequently host outdoor weddings which are very successful when the bride and groom plan for the hot valley summers. Our Veranda and Lower Terrace makes for a wonderful "pre-event" cocktail lounge. Ask Kendall Griffin, our Banquet Sales Manager, about our summer specials.
Our Head Chef, Adam Meier, has created a wonderful lunch and dinner menu for our member events and for our restaurant. Stop in for lunch to experience our menu. Once you've booked your event, our banquet and event team will help you create a food and beverage menu for your luncheon or dinner.
Because our banquet rooms are a very popular wedding venue, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings are in high demand and often book up to a year in advance. If you have a special event, fund-raiser, holiday party, or awards banquet coming up, reach out to us as soon as possible. Minimum rates do apply, but ask about available discounts for certain evenings.
Weekday evenings and days are much easier to book, although we do have regular meetings, so again, reach out to our Banquet Sales Manager to see what is available for your business event or luncheon.
