We have function areas which can accommodate 30-300 guests. Each of our function areas features floor to ceiling windows that overlook our beautiful veranda, lovely fountains, lake and championship golf course.
If you are looking for an an outdoor wedding venue, consider Copper River's Alicante Park or Lower Terrace. The adjoining Veranda and Upper Terrace are perfect for hors d'oeuvres and cocktail receptions.

Our beautiful clubhouse accommodates parties of up to 300 people. Our lounge, terrace and banquet rooms are elegantly appointed and offer sweeping views of the golf course. A minimum of $3500.00 is required to be spent for Friday, Saturday, & Sunday evening events. A minimum of 200 persons is required for a Saturday evening event. Special rates are available for Fridays, Sundays & off-peak months.

On site wedding ceremony fee for the Lower Terrace overlooking the golf course or Alicante Park viewing the Alicante Vineyards is $500. Ceremony chairs are included.
There is a $1,500 facility fee for all wedding receptions.
An initial deposit of $1,500.00 is required to reserve the event date. The initial deposit is nonrefundable.
A guaranteed number of guests are due 14 days prior to your event date.
*Please note: Final details of the contract (i.e. guest count, menu, etc.) cannot be changed 14 days prior to the event date.
Menu prices are subject to change without notice. Prices arranged 90 days prior to any function will be honored. All prices are subject to 20% Service Charge and California Sales Tax. Linen, glassware, dishware, and silverware are included.
100% of the estimated total cost must be paid 14 days prior to the event. Estimated charges will be based on the guaranteed number of guests.
Copper River Country Club shall not assume the responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought onto the property. The client agrees to pay for any security services that the Company will provide and assign specifically to the event.
A "Day of Coordinator" is included for all wedding receptions held at Copper River Country Club.
Centerpieces, draping, and additional decorations are the client's responsibility. All items, including vendor rentals must be cleared from the facility the same day as the event. We do not allow any fireworks, sparklers, open flames, noise makers, confetti cannons, or rice throwing.
Includes an 8 seated vanity with adjoining restrooms and is available for a 4 hour period for an additional fee. It is the client’s responsibility to remove all non-company property at the end of the four hour duration or additional fees will be assessed. There are no male’s allowed in the bridal room, including makeup artists, hair dressers, or photographers. No outside food or alcohol allowed in bridal room.
