Group Exercise Schedule
The Copper River Fitness Centre offers state-of-the art equipment, group instruction and personal training. Our equipment includes Life Fitness treadmills, Precor EFX, Cybex resistance machines, free weights, and Pilates reformers. Our group exercise classes range from circuit cycling, HIIT Conditioning, Cardio Jam, to Yoga and Pilates, all held in a beautiful studio that features a suspended wood floor and state-of-the-art sound system. Our goal is to provide total mind/body conditioning and to that end Director of Fitness, Brooke Cornelius has assembled a staff of highly trained professionals. No matter what your age or fitness level is, we are available to assist you with all of your fitness needs.
Fitness Centre Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 5:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
