The Fitness Centre:
The Copper River Fitness Centre offers state-of-the art equipment, group instruction and personal training. Our equipment includes Star Trak Pro treadmills, Precor EFX, Cybex resistance training and free weights. Our group exercise classes range from kickboxing, and precision cycling to Yoga and Pilates all held in a beautiful studio that features a suspended wood floor and state of the art sound system. Our goal is to provide total mind/body conditioning and to that end Fitness Director, Brooke Dietz has assembled a staff of highly trained professionals. No matter what your age or fitness level is, we are available to assist you with all of your fitness needs.

The Copper River Pool and Pavilion
Come in and relax by the pool! Our swim pavilion features a 25 meter pool, a toddler pool and a spa. Competitive swimmers will love our lap lanes and the fact that the pool is heated all winter! If aqua aerobics is your exercise of choice, classes are offered all summer. Aquatics Director, Jeanne Vigilia and her staff offer aquatics training for all ages. Bring your family out for a relaxing day at the pool…food and beverage service is available, so take a day off and join us
